What are the technical requirements to be able to participate?

Laptop or Desktop, basically your personal computer. Strong, reliable Wi-Fi connection. Google Chrome is recommended to run the Virtual Event Platform.

What happens if I have an issue with watching a session in the platform?

If you are having issues, please visit the Info Desk in the Virtual Convention or email support at info@eventsibles.com

What if I need help or guidance during the Virtual Conference?

You can visit the virtual “Info Desk” for technical support. Or send an email to support at info@eventsibles.com

What should I do if I have a question for one of the speakers?

You can write it in the chat box and a moderator will direct it to the speaker during discussion time.

Which sessions are going to be recorded? When will the recordings be available and do I have access to them?

Most sessions will be recorded during the event and will be made available to attendees approximately 5-7 days after the event in the platform itself and be available for 20 days. Please refrain from personal recording as speakers may want to edit the recording before release.
